Great service . I ask for the chilaquiles montados and they were delicious . Entre come with refried beans , two scrambled eggs and Mexican rice. Will definitely come back again for the chilaquiles montados update come back again and try the fajitas this time and a gordita. Good place

The service was excellent, but the food was really disappointing. We’ve been to La Choza on Zaragoza and everything is good. This location has different owners and it’s really disappointing. We ordered some chips and salsa and we were advised they were not complimentary, which it’s ok. When we received them it was a joke, they literally gave us about 2 tortillas cut up. Food is not that good. Zaragoza location is way better.

The so called Agua Frescas were tooo sweet and tasted very powerdery. No fresh fruit taste, they think we don’t know what Agua Frescas are supposed to taste or be. Come on La Choza most of the people that there are of Mexican background. The food also didn’t taste very good. Your food has good down alot for taste. Sorry but we will probably won’t go there again. Really bad.

The burritos were good. The gordita pollo a la mexicano was good but very dry. We didn’t like the gordita pollo en mole as much. It has cocoa bean flavoring and was overpowering. The staff was very friendly, but service was slow on take out

The food was good but they were so anxious to close, we felt rushed. They were out of pozole, tamales, which is a good sign of business but not as accommodating.

Busy place, the service was excellent the lady checked back on our table multiple times, my food came out pretty quickly, I wasn’t in love with the menudo and the tamales were just blah, but the pozole’s broth was bomb!

The red tamales are awful. The masa is dry and crumbly. The meat has a strange smell and no flavor. Really disappointing.
