8.13.23 Lots of parking all around. This place is next door to the summer, Sunday Farmers Market. It’s next to the bike trail, near Crown n Hammer, Grindstone Tavern, and Collinsville Kayak/canoe rental. You can dine indoors or outdoors and it’s self serve in that you go up to the counter to order and omg, there are so many cool and amazing things to choose from. Don’t worry, they have kid friendly things too, such as pizza, hot dogs, grilled chjese. And for you beer drinkers, they have that too. Once you order and pay, you sit down, and they bring your food to you. There’s free water you serve yourself. The food is amazing. The stuff is fast and helpful. Overall, this is a great venue to stop for a drink or a bite and to people watch.

Eating at Lasalle’s is aways a pleasant experience because of the food and proximity to the Farmington River Trail. The food is served fresh and it’s delicious. If you go during lunch on a nice weather weekend, expect a 20-30 minute wait for your food or do like I do and get a pizza slice or two to save yourself some time.

Lasalle’s is always a nice spot to grab a bite to eat when in Collinsville. It’s right off the trail so it’s super convenient when passing through or ending a ride there.

Great small-town eatery. Breakfast and lunch. Great pancakes(giant stack!) and a good chicken-salad sandwich. Clean easy going atmosphere.

Great breakfast sandwich deli right off the rail trail. Biker friendly parking. Even though there was a line 10 deep it moved quickly. The everything bagel had just come out of the bakery and made for a fine ham, egg and cheese on toasted bagel. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The place has a huge fan base and there is plenty of space. The ambiance is pretty cool. The coffee is very good. On Sunday there is a farmers market next door. The Freedom Riders did a Special Olympics charity ride with at nearly a 1000 bikes. Very cool.

Stopped in for lunch after kayak shopping. A very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with a large selection of delicious sandwiches. I had the Vermonter. We will definitely go there again.
