This location sucks. Seems like they get new staff every other week, there’s always multiple sources of different music playing (one in the dining area and one in the kitchen), and the staff is not very friendly. I’ve been multiple times where I walk up to order and two or three separate employees look at me, make eye contact, and go back to what they’re doing while I wait another few minutes for the “correct” person to come and help me. I’ve put up with it for a while because this location is so close to us, but my visit today was the last straw. We ordered 2 large drinks, but all of the lemonade dispensers were filled with plain water and the soda machine had no carbonation. I would have liked a warning that none of the drinks would be available before spending $6 on them. Take 5 extra minutes to drive to a different location.

ISIAC this guy has a great attitude everytime I go. He can really turn a bad day to a good one with just one interaction. Great service, great smile. The kind of employee that should be running this place. I never right reviews but he’s just that good.

I went in there and although my food was good, the service made this whole experience bad, I couldn’t enjoy my food after how I was treated. I get that there’s young students making money. But at least fake a smile. The young gentleman at the register that also helped me with my bowl had a major attitude I almost just walked out. I couldn’t see his name tag cause no one was wearing one and it was about 5 of them working on Thursday evening. He had such a “I hate people, I hate my job” face. Like I can see him wanting to roll his eyes at everything I was asking for. Anyway I won’t stop by here for lunch or dinner anymore.

Consistently “bad” service — rude, unhelpful employees, it’s weird — very unprofessional, everyone seems like they just can’t wait to clock out, chatting and laughing with each other then being rude to customers. I come here twice a month and it’s always the same — super strange.

Place is okay . Came in two radios were playing , banda and pop music . Place was trashed . Not a good place to dine in . Over all was turned off by how trashed the place was . Food department should swing by . Can’t imagine what the back is like .
