This was supposed to be a “Famous Bowl”. Had to pour the grease off before I even attempted to eat it. Was probably the grossest thing I have had in a long time. Not sure how someone would put a lid on this and send it out of the kitchen. You should be embarrassed. The Colonel is spinning is grave.

They replaced my strawberry lemonade with regular lemonade without giving me my refund due to price difference. I purchased 4 KFC sauces but they were not in the bag when I picked up my order. I asked where are my sauces, and was told they’re in the box but they were not there accept for the regular honey sauce and butter spread. Very disappointed

WTH happened to this place! Used to be good service and quality now it is nether. Don’t waste your time or money. Wanted the 8 pc. Chicken and 8 pc. Tender fill up box and they said it’s online only. Checked again and it wasn’t. Food we ended up getting was left under the heat lamp too long and the biscuits could probably bounce with how hard and stale they were. Never going back to this location.

8 piece meal. Crispy , chicken was mostly soggy not crispy especially the breasts. Not much of mash potatoes one bowl barley gave enough my son and l. The original chicken would have tasted much better. Disappointed. First time. No pride in their chicken now. I use to go to the peoria, their chicken are smaller but fried right. Will try the kfc in Turley. Its just too far but may be worth it.
