The food is good. I am in search of great Chinese food in Idaho. I will keep searching. Ming Hao is not bad. Great service. I got everything on time for my pick-up. It was hot and supplied with soy sauce and hot mustard. Nice size portions. Good value.

I had never heard of this place before but decided to try them out for delivery. I ordered more than I planned on so I could reach their delivery fee but I’m glad I did because it’s delicious. They came from Nampa to Meridian, saying it would be here around 6:25pm and I had my food by 6:22pm. The pot stickers could’ve been crispier but the flavor is awesome.

I’ve ordered from Ming Hao multiple times before but this time I’m extremely disappointed. I placed my order online a few hours before they opened so you’d assume the food would have been really fresh. The chicken was the driest I’ve ever seen! It was basically dehydrated and inedible by any standard. It was obviously not from today and was kept in a warmer for a while. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again, too unpredictable on quality.

I have ordered from ming hao for years always appreciated the quality of food and the service. But tonight was not awesome. Delivery was great but when I realized the sweet and sour was missing I called the restaurant I was put on hold, given attitude, hung up on and when I called back I was diverted to voicemail. Called from another number they answered and I was once again hung up on. Now I understand mistakes but the attitude and disrespect from the person answering the phone has me quite irritated.

The food was actually quite good and it arrived hot. Part of my order was missing and Ming Hao did nothing to rectify this. If you order for delivery please check to make sure that you got all that was ordered before letting the driver leave.

The food is pretty good, but keep in mind that they add random ingredients to dishes so if you have any allergies mention it no matter what you order. The descriptions of the dishes online are either non existent or inaccurate/incomplete.

I hate to leave negative reviews as a matter fact, I’ve never left a bad review if the food is at least decent. I’m not picky at all but this is hands down The worst and most disgusting Chinese food or food in general I’ve ever tried. I love Chinese food but this was so gross looking and tasting we couldn’t even eat it. Over $50 dollars of food went to the trash. I literally started gaging when I started eating it. This is the first time ever in my life this has happened.
