I really enjoyed picking up food here on the way home (usually every other week), but for the last month or so this location no longer shows up on the app or on the main Taziki’s website. Will this be fixed soon? I only ever do carryout so no being able to order ahead means I won’t eat here anymore.

The food was good. The employees were nice. But, I asked for a family sized appetizer, but was talked into buying essentially the same thing but it was 3 times as expensive as it should’ve been. Instead of about $15, my order was over $40 for offered less food than what I would’ve gotten if I’d ordered it the way I wanted.

This location customer service is beginning to slack. The young lady was rude when taking my order. As soon as she took the order she asked is that it ? I replied yes what… she hung up. I was trying to ask the total and how long before the order was ready. I called back, someone answered the phone and hung up. Finally after calling back 3 times I got her back on the phone. I told her my order and asked what the total was and the wait time. Once she gave me that info she hung up. That was very rude.

Used to be my go to place, actually came here quite often!! I always call to order ahead and have done curbside pickup many times with no issues and today I was told well you should have ordered through the app and she wouldn’t even accept my payment over the phone cause she claimed to not be close to an iPad!! Thanks for wasting my time and I have no dinner!! After this and getting sick a few weeks back from them, I will not be going back!!!!

Our order was off today…. Usually the food is on-point/awesome! Order today, Lamb gyros we’re a little dry, perhaps had been cooked earlier this afternoon…. Also, the baked pitas that came with the Taziki Dip were over baked.
