I never eat at Taco Bell because of the service, how dirty and the food is usually crappie until I came to this Taco Bell I’ve seen them work hard like cleaning the kitchen and making sure that everything is stocked up as best as possible since I have been here this is the only one I’ve eaten at at least twice a day and the reason why is because how clean they are, customer service and their food. Keep up the good work so me and Moe can come back and get our crunchy taco supreme and dr. Pepper.

This was a pretty bad experience as far as Taco Bells go. Ordered at the kiosk and it let me order a drink they didnt even have, then I found out NONE of their other no sugar or diet drink options worked. My 2 beefy melt burritos came out and were the skimpiest I have ever seen at any taco bell, and usually taco bell is my go to on the road. I decided to just have them refund the order between that and the drink issues, and wasted a ton of time for nothing.

Ordered two cheesy gordita crunches. Not even a full tablespoon of meat on them. If I spend $4+ on a taco, I want some meat in it. I say $4+ because I don’t know what I was charged since I didn’t get a receipt.

We really only stopped at Taco John’s here because the Wendy’s next door didn’t have their lobby open. The service was sad, so we used the feature in the lobby to place our own order and pay ahead of time. We were the only other customers in the lobby, and apparently the drive thru customers are all that (sort of) matter…. I had ordered a diet Dr. Pepper, but they didn’t even have it as an option at the fountain. So I opted for Pepsi Zero – until it came out clear. I said something to one of the employees, and she said, “Yeah – the only diet we have is Diet Mountain Dew.” We weren’t given a bag, no napkins, no sauces…. just our boxes, and we had to ask for our cups. In general, we like Taco John’s. In Lake Charles, not so much.

With no cars in line and no customers inside I decided to try the new chicken burritos on sale for $2.00. Drove up to the speaker and politely asked if they had the new chicken burrito. Her response was severely garbled so I asked again “yes” she replied. “I’d like to know what the choices are” to which she angrily rapid fires the two choices back to me. At this point I don’t want you preparing anything for me so I told her to just forget about it as it seems that I’m disturbing you!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!!!!!!
