I ordered the New York deep dish pizza with pepperoni, but it was more like a thin crust pizza. The pepperoni was sliced so thin that I couldn’t taste them.

The food was good but the service was terrible. I placed my order in advance and when I arrived the person that checked me out was not very personable. I can overlook that part, when I asked if they had a bag they could place my order in they attempted to give me the bag. I don’t work at Papa John’s and shouldn’t be expected to do something that should have already been done by the employee. Customer service and attitude is everything when serving the public.

This is by far the worst Papa John’s location there is. The pizza was horrible and not to mention it’s the same pizza that I always order! I have even tried it at this location prior to today with no issues but today it was DISGUSTING. It was completely undercooked and oily. However, I’m not sure what was worse, the pizza or the manager Alexis attitude when I contacted the location regarding my dissatisfaction. Instead of trying to rectify the issue at hand she had the audacity to say “well the next time you order from here just order it well done that way if we see that we can push it back in the oven instead of letting it get by us not completely cooked like this time.” She then proceeded to say “we just got busy and didn’t have time to see that it was not completely done before sending it out for delivery.” Like seriously? I was not asking for a refund…I just wanted the error corrected. Needless, to say I WILL NOT order from this location again! Oh, I only gave it one star in order to post this review.

My last time to order I use to love ordering the Philly cheese pizza the last 2 times it’s been aweful I don’t know why I thought it would change it has so much sauce on it peppers and onions the peppers are so crunchy it’s just nastyness in your mouth I wasted money again barely any meat

I placed my order at 5:05 to be delivered at 6:15. At 6:27 I called and the automated system said it was out for delivery and would take up to 23 minutes. I then called the store. They said it was out and should be there any minute. At 6:50 I called back in asking to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t allow me to. She said she could call the driver so I asked her to. She acted very annoyed and finally did. The driver then called me and said he had been stuck in traffic for 20 minutes. I asked him why he hadn’t turned around since there were multiple ways to my home. He replied “this is the only way my GPS said to go.”

Did not get everything I paid for with our delivery order. Called and spoke to manager, who said he would turn driver around with the rest of our order. Over 15 minutes later (they are about 4 minutes driving time away) no show. Called again, manager said driver had a lot more orders and wasn’t sure when he’d be by. Manager said he’d give us a free pizza on our account for our next order. Never did. Don’t tell me you’ll compensate our inconvenience without actually doing so. Very disappointed in your lack of integrity. The rest of order and driver were great and driver was tipped well. Contact me and follow through with your commitment and I’ll update the review.

Never again… 2 hours to make and deliver 2 pizzas!!! And when you call to verify this information the woman who picks up is more then extremely RUDE to you because you asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I can honestly say that as a customer of an establishment i have never been talked to with such rude disregard as i was a little while ago. Needless to say i will not be ordering from this location in the future & advise others to do the same.
