I normally am fine with the service, but the girl who was at the line today was so rude! just before me she was flirting with the guys and making sure their order was perfect but when I went up to place my order there wasn’t a hello, what can I get you, nothing. She didn’t even give me a receipt she just looked at me and walked away! Absolute terrible service she needs more training.

This is the best fast food on campus, their biscuits and fries are my personal favorite items. The line moves quickly when they’re busy and the staff is polite. The only problem I have is that the biscuits are less fresh when its between lunch and dinner.

This is food in a pinch. I am biased because I live in walking distance so I have eaten here quite a few times. Each time I go here my experience is different.. I don’t know how they manage to be so inconsistent. People report getting sick from eating here, personally I have only had food poisoning (multiple times). I think generally if you have gotten food poisoning from a place more than twice then you can forget it. I love Bojangles, but steer clear of this one.

This location is part of the UNCG campus so you should expect that 90% of the people inside are UNCG students. Parking can be a hassle at times. The staff always seem to be stressed out and don’t take kindly to small talk which makes me feel rushed and unwelcome.
