The guy as a cashier was so rude. He was so impatient. He didn’t help a customer. The way he answered any of my questions was so not professional. I am not sure if he a manager or just a worker, but one thing for sure that he is so mean. He treated me as a fool. I just need a help from worker to get my order. Because of him, I won’t eat Papa Johns anymore.

Manager is awful. Food was inedible at best. I will NEVER order from any franchises owned or managed by Jody. The service both here and at the Dysart location was horrendous. Ordered extra pepperoni and sausage. Food was dry and burnt. Go to Dominoes. I will from here on out. Shame I can’t give zero stars.

The pizza made me extremely sick, I ordered around 12pm and since then I’ve been throwing up. It was the only thing I had to eat today and its 6pm now and I still don’t feel well. I should’ve known it wasn’t good just by how the pizza looked. It was very doughy and seemed undercooked. The delivery guy was very sweet though!

Ordered $65 worth of food last night at around 7:30pm we were told we would get it around an hour an a half, it didn’t arrive until almost 10pm, we tried calling the restaurant to check on the ETA and no one would answer. When we did finally get the food it was gross, cold, undercooked and very disappointing! We called the manager Tony today to let them know of our experience and to possibly receive a refund or credit and Tony said sorry, nothing we can do for you. What happened to the customer is always right. We spend 2X the amount and get terrible service and even worse food and we have to pay more. Smh! How much sense does that make. If I could give no stars I would have. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.

This evening I had the misfortune of dealing with a manager at the pebble Creek location by the name of Jody, who was very rude to me throughout my entire experience. He seemed to be a bit perturbed because I didn’t want to use the automated system and talk with someone that I most likely could not understand their English. When I told him I would rather order with him he put me on hold for over two minutes for no reason. He had the audacity to tell me that it slow down production whenever someone doesn’t want to use the system. He also told me that I may want to consider getting their app. I told him that was a my decision to consider their app, and that I could make said decision without him… and I didn’t ask him for such information. When he came back to the phone he had an inappropriate, bothered with me, tone and was unprofessional, in the way he spoke to me. I asked for some toppings to be on half of my pizza but conveniently when I got home all of the toppings were on the entire pizza. That was not what I ordered. I asked if he could replace the pizza and send someone to bring it as I had been inconvenienced. He said no and that there was no one to do that. He never apologized for my inconvenience or the fact that I was unhappy with my experience. I had to drive back and get another pizza which did not look appetizing at all and seemed a little dry as well. I asked to speak with him so that I could thank him for at least replacing the pizza but he refused to come and talk with me. He told the young lady at the front desk that’ll tell me he was swamped, very busy. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that he was lying to me. I will never use that particular Papa John’s again. I am very displeased with what happened and I would not recommend going there to anyone. ☹️
