I will never go back here again or recommend to a friend either. My brother went in for some subs last night.( 5-25-2023) We are from out of town and were very hungry. They refused to serve us. The manager was very rude, My brother told the manager that the website says they are open for business till 9pm. The manager says we start tearing down at 8:30pm. Thank God Subway was kind enough to stay late to make a couple sandwiches for us. Yall if you need a sub close to closing time go to SUBWAY!!! They are amazing, compassionate individuals. We ordered pizza and wing and I said I wanted original wings and I wanted 10 of them. They brought us our pizza but our wings were the size of chicken nuggets! I called them back and they said they will put me on hold so he can get the manager and then hung up on me! Never get food from this place the service is horrible 0/10

Why the F do they still have open until 9pm? Spent fifteen minutes on hold just to be told they are closing, and that was at 6:30pm. Every night it’s been like that. On hold for fifteen minutes. Waste of my time when I could have gone someplace else.

I want to give a big shout out to the BEST delivery driver out there Guy. Guy knew my wife loves her some garlic sauce with her pizza. I forgot to order it when guy showed up and looked at the order he remembered that she love the stuff. He went back and got her some with no extra charge and delivered it. Guy you make the crazy world we live in a little better. What you did may seem little to most but your kindness and thoughtfulness made our day so much better. Thank you. You are awesome!!

If you want the deals seen on webpage/app you must then order online. They have some deals when you call to order however they are not all the same. When ordering online can run into issue of card being claimed invalid. Regardless of card used or how many different cards that are tried, it can continue to say invalid. If you call the store customer service can NOT help in any way. It is a webpage or app issue and there is nothing they can do not can they offer you the same deals.

We go to Hungry Howies all the time. Just not the one in Decatur Mi. They have to be the rudest employees ever. Completely disrespectful. They have moldy pizza sauce cups and when you get them with your food they refuse to do anything to make it right. We drive from Decatur Mi all the way to Kalamazoo Mi to get pizza that is in our town because they are so bad.
