Food is very good! I really like the ribs. I was surprised the services separated their cleaning job and serving job. We have young kids, so I decided to bring the dishes to the table next to us which there was someone doing cleaning. The server told me to bring the dirty dishes back.

The food was pretty good. The service I didn’t like how they brought us a Pepsi. And they made us pay for Pepsi after we said we wanted water. But beyond that, I like their app their points system. How you can get a free buffet once in a while? Even if it’s not your birthday and it’s pretty economic.

It has been awhile and i have to say they have stepped up their game. I went here for lunch and was surprised at how good the food was. Everything tasted fresh. The poor today was probably my favorite and the bread and rolls made a great meal. I tried a lot of items and only took what i could eat. Avoiding food waste. It was busy but they kept the food coming. Will be adding to my routine more often now.

First impression was bad. When we enter the restaurant, we found the host/cashier was mean and rude. It was an older guy. Fortunately we had a very good waitress who was attentive and warm. Food was typical GC stuff.

Absolutely the worst service ever!! To start, it felt like the air conditioner was turned off. Next, some young kid was our server and I asked him for a tea refill several times and was told they are out of tea and brewing some. This went on for 20 minutes. Had to get up and go ask another server for tea which we finally got.

The food is actually very good, which is why we wanted to return after several months. However, the service is now all but nonexistent. Lazy, rude wait staff greatly diminished my experience. Hopefully, the management can do a better job of managing staff and improve this. That said, kudos to the kitchen staff for the food.

My grandson saw roaches by the gummy bears, and roaches in a couple of other places close to the food being served. I usually love eating here,and have for many years, but roaches are a real disaster and a sign of unsanitary conditions!
