Stopped by this place by accident, and my family fell in love he with it immediately. It was empty when we got in, and then it started getting crowded. Music was good, the staff was extremely nice, and the food was great! The chips and salsa were extremely fresh as well as their juice. Tacos were not bad at all! Would definitely stop by here again if we’re around the area.

The server was friendly and the environment was nice. I ordered Pupusas de loroco. They are stuffed tortillas with cheese and a Salvadoran edible flower. To be honest, my Pupusas were overcooked. They were toasted. The curtido had sauce in it. I usually eat the curtido (which is a cabbage slaw without sauce). However, I ordered the same Pupusas to go and was very pleased! The to go order was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The curtido was delicious. The Pupusas were soft. Although I was underwhelmed when I ate at the restaurant the take out redeemed them for me.

Delicious food and friendly service. I had Pupusas and fried plantains, and they were very good.

Google brought us here as we stopped by for a quick dinner. For a party of 6, we ordered Tamarind Juice, Salvadoran style Horchata and Atole de Elote, all of which came in generous portions and were delicious. Loved to try the Salvadoran Style Horchata which is differently made from the Mexican one.

Such a very authentic Mexican and South American little hot spot. Just opened , Melina’s is finding a fine customer base after the previous Vietnamese spot closed down.

I had a taste for Mexican food and was in the area, google sent me here. The restaurant is Salvadoran but the menu/pictures had tacos plus a bunch of other stuff listed. It’s more like Mexican/Spanish food, maybe thats the way Salvadoran food is? I tried the fried chicken flautas meal and shaved beef tacos. Bang Bang! The flautas were amazing and presentation was great. I took a star away because the tacos were a little dry (the meat) and the wraps were soggy but in their defense they were wrapped in foil so by the time I made it home they were that way. 1. I will definitely go back and try other items and 2. I’m sue the tacos would’ve been better in the restaurant so I may have dinner there soon. And I want to try that beef soup! Thank you, I may come back tonight and I’ll tell my friends about this spot.
