Order thru drove and had to wait 5mins before taking order. Then at the window wait another 10min for two sandwiches. So much for freaky fast service. Got home order wasn’t made as I asked. All the ingredients looks like they been out all day and the meat doesn’t taste fresh. They had 5 employes just hanging around chitchatting while one making sandwich working at snails pace. Wish I would have read other reviews first before coming to this location. Take your business else we’re if you want good service.

Never coming to this location again. First of all, the ingredients look old & expired. And apparently it’s cool for customers here to assault an employee who’s just trying to do her job. Seems like this place is “freaky fast” at firing their employees for no reason.

I frequent, I order online and pull through the drive thru. The last 3 orders I have placed ha e been wrong. Twice ordering and adding avocado/guac both times they left it off but charged me for it. One other time I added sliced pickles and side of ranch. They left them off but charged me for them. I’m giving up on this location. Too bad.

Jimmy Johns University botched my order sandwiches were thrown together sloppy also ordered Italian night Club got a turkey sandwich.I did online revue also spoke to manager that night he said they don’t refund money back to your card they keep it on file with phone number .I waited almost two months and tonight wife and I decided to use credit .Called in to University store we had the rudest person said she was a manager then later said she doesn’t have to give us her name because she is a minor .Long story short she never found credit told me it was not her fault and general manager said if she can’t find it then we were not getting it tonight .I asked for name of manager and when they would be at store so I can come have a conversation .Employee would only say general manager is Josh and he would be in tomorrow morning.Thanks for nothing .After looking at reviews I see why issues at store.Jimmy John University owe me a full refund .I never want to eat at this Jimmy John’s ever again.Whoever is in charge of phones right now is culprit.Pics of sandwiches that were suppose to have credit for (slop) not fit to eat .Not begging but could a real manager contact me please.Not interested in credit from store (employees ) are also issue

I was there last night and I watched this man, who was clearly drunk out of his mind, assault a worker. I wanted to see how she was doing and came back in this morning to ask. Found out she was fired for defending herself. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never support a business that allows their workers to be assaulted. Sandwiches aren’t even that good.

Update: This location has definitely improved their speed of service in the last several weeks. So, I’ve upgraded them to 5 stars. And for the cynical people out there: no, they didn’t give me any free sandwiches to upgrade my rating. I just noticed an improvement.

The staff is friendly enough and I usually don’t have issues with my food but ffs something needs to be done about deliveries. Orders routinely take an hour or even closer to two sometimes and I’m two miles away. Not only that, but they don’t inform you and they do not update the tracker on the app so you don’t actually even know when your food was finally dropped off.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered two subs, hoping it would arrive between appointments at work. 45 minutes went by no sandwiches. I called and my order was still there so I told them I would just come get it because we are practically across the street. Show up and 4 girls are standing around with order slips lined up all over the counter. Ask for my order and girl realizes my order is gone and asked if the driver took it. No one knew so as I proceeded to tell the manager named Liz what was going on and if someone could just figure out if our order was being delivered she cut me cut me off and told me that wasn’t going to help them make me new sandwiches. At this point I’m super annoyed and asked if I could just have a refund if they can’t even tell me where my order is while In the background a girl named Reece was making the ugliest faces at everything I said like a broken back up dancer. Manager tells me she doesn’t know where her driver is and has no way to get a hold of them for them to tell me if she even has it and they’re just going to make me knew sandwiches. At this point I just wanted to spend my money elsewhere and didn’t want these girls with attitudes touching my food. She said I had to contact corporate to get a refund. Driver calls me 5 minutes later than to make sure she was at the right suite even though they had no possible way of getting a hold of their driver? Driver apologized and said she was filling in and wasn’t sure what they had going on over there. I understand people are short staffed even though there were 4 girls there plus a driver and things get busy but there were NO customers in the store. Jimmy johns poor communication and people who make faces at customers as they speak isn’t a good look for you.
