The service was great! The trainee tagging along with our waitress was obviously more passionate than the kitchen staff… the food has raw cheese, and I get it, cheese can be eaten right out of the bag… but I didn’t get out of my own kitchen and drive 30 miles just to eat cold cheese out of someone else’s fridge you know? Let alone pay for it… the pizza itself was crisp on the bottom which is a good sign, but it was raw in the middle and fried on top.. this is a sign the ovens are too hot and they are going for quantity over quality.

I love that Edmond got an Empire!!! My daughter and I went tonight and got the Garlic Knots and two slices of their daily slice pizzas. They have a list that they will drop at your table that will tell you their daily slice options. They are $4.25. Their menu is a QR code you scan. The Garlic Knots are garlicy and served with a side of marinara. Who doesn’t love Garlic breath? The pizzas are thin crust with a nice, crispy bottom. I love the Fat Tony and white pizza. I recommend these if they are on the menu.

Ordered the Dougie fresh with balsamic reduction on the side.. I would have gotten it swirled on top but it wasn’t an option online so I drizzled it myself when I got it home. It absolutely knocked our socks off, it was SO GOOD!! Y’all need to make this an option to add on all your pizzas, or at least this one! It really elevated the flavor! So good!

This is a great place. They sell by the slice or a whole pie. Good variety of sizes and have a huge one too. Great ingredient choices if you want custom. Got the garlic knots and they were very tasty. Salads are very fresh and large. A half is plenty. Unique twists on classic salads. Single slice pizza slices are large and plenty to satisfy. Waite staff was friendly and attentive. Give this a try you’ll be happy you did.

Stopped in for a quick bite as we walked downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed the food & atmosphere. I could’ve stayed hours just for the music alone. My daughter had a slice of cheese, I got the garlic knots and slice of pepperoni. Everything was delicious, I think I may have had half a garlic knot left over. Our service was great from start to finish. We were greeted as soon as we walked in & our server was quick to get drink orders & tell us the details since it was our first visit. Will definitely be back!
