I didn’t end up eating anything here, but wanted to shout out the great service by Fabian, his manager Shay, and coworker Daniel. I was in Vegas wasting time on 8/19 after seeing Adele, before my flight. This was such a cute wine bar, in a relatively quiet part of the hotel, and ended up spending like 2.5 hours here, chatting with everyone, reading a little, drinking some tasty white wine, and feeling really taken care of by the staff! (They even made sure I left with plenty of time for my flight as Vegas locals knowing more about traffic than me.) If you are looking for a quiet(ish) spot for a drink and great service, definitely would recommend.

Luisa is incredible! She is friendly, kind, helpful, and helps expedite food service. Although a little expensive, this restaurant was a great option for me as a conference attendee. They provided fast, delicious food, prepared fresh each morning. Their service is superb, you can tell the staff value helping others. They are also a great option for late night gelato, yum!

Great food, made fast! Love the breakfast foods, like the frittatas and waffles or just coffee and pastries. For lunch, grab a panini or one of the other tasty lunch options. It’s easy to get food for take away from the counter, or there is a great wine bar to sit in if you have more time. We popped into the wine bar this time and Sal took great care of us, he’s a super nice and helpful guy!

The food was good when they actually had it. Many items not available even simple items like Orange and Apple juice.The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The prices were completely ridiculous. The atmosphere was fine because located in Caesars Palace. Would strongly encourage you to avoid if possible. High probability you will be disappointed.

Pronto by Giada is super overpriced. How is it possible to charge for a little bite of fake pizza $9??? Giada, who do you think you are???? Rude employees, no customer service at all. The sitting area looks like a food court, but prices are of a restaurant. Please don’t spend your money here, they microwave food for you…

Decided to get some Ice Cream from here…. was shocked to find out AFTER being served that the flavors I chose have ALCOHOL!! I am currently Pregnant and was so upset that I was not told upfront before ordering, they waited till the ice cream was ready for me and I was paying.. luckily I hadn’t had any yet and gave it back and got the flavors that didn’t have ALCOHOL…. instead of relying on servers to inform the consumer of the ALCOHOL they really should have a large sign notifying you…

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered via room service twice just to make sure the first time wasnt a one-off bad night and both times were horrible. The first time, I ordered a grilled chicken breast and oatmeal. The chicken breast was delivered cold, burnt and missing chunks from it as if they tried to cut off the inedible pieces. The hotel was great about removing it from my bill. The oatmeal was really good. It was so good that I ordered it the next morning. However, when it was delivered, it was not made the same. It was salty. Super salty but it was supposed to only have fruit in it. The hotel took it off my bill which was great. I wouldnt recommend this place. The food isnt consistent and what they give people is downright disrespectful.

We stayed at Caesar’s where there were very few venues with fresher items like salad and fruit. This was a nice option though prices were outrageous like everywhere else. A banana was $3 for example. Tea bag with hot water? $6. This place is a hybrid grab and ho on one side and a wine bar on the other. The bar also serves food but it’s the same food from the grab and go. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious box of bruschetta and the grapefruit mimosa was outstanding. Salvatore, the bartender was terrific. The seating area is simple but it’s roomy, pleasant and somewhat away from the chaos of the whole casino which felt like grand central station all the time. This was also the closest place where we could get tea and coffee from our Palace Tower rooms. I wouldn’t make this a destination but if you are staying at Caesar’s there aren’t that many casual options.
