Ordered a reece and a cookie dough blizzard through the drive through. First of all her customer service was horrible. Recieved a turtle pecan and a brownie royal. We were already on the road and did not bother turning around. The brownie royal was horrible. No brownie at all. Just chocolate ice cream and globs of melted chocolate. We threw it in the garbage.

I ordered a plain bacon double cheeseburger. I live right around the corner from the DQ. I got home my burger had everything on it. You can take the pickles off, but you can’t take the taste away and it was barely lukewarm.

Just got ice cream. It was good. The place is nice and clean. Only one complaint. Whoever designed the drive through should have put more thought into it. It is hard to come off the street and get into the drive through. Very cramped.

Well I went inside for a take out order, had to park my delivery truck across the street at the grocery store parking lot. There was only two cars in the drive-up. After 20 minutes I asked politely if they had my hamburger and fries ready yet. The kitchen personnel evidently never even received my order!!!

No chocolate soft serve, only vanilla dipped in chocolate which is not the same thing by any stretch. Also ordered a PLAIN hamburger which of course ended up having cheese on it. What part of PLAIN HAMburger isn’t clear?
