Five Star rating all around! Service was top notch. I went with the New Yorker and a Spud covered with chili & cheese… They did not disappoint, very delicious. Staff came around and checked on everyone in the dining area, which I thought was an added bonus. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

Extremely grossed out! Found the cheese paper melted inside my sandwich. Not just a small piece but the whole paper from the back of the cheese slice. Not sure how that can get missed during preparing but I’ll skip eating the sandwich and make my own.

I decided to try McAllisters today and I was honestly shocked by how bad it was. I didn’t have the highest expectations, but they fell far short of the expectations that I did have. The quality of the food tasted like something that my girlfriend and I could have made or even exceeded at home. The Chips tasted exactly like Tostitos that I could’ve bought across the road at Food City for a much cheaper price. The Mac n Cheese also tasted like the Kraft microwaveable brand. Here’s the best part.. I paid over $30 for 2 drinks and 2 entrees. I wouldn’t have even paid $10 if I knew it was going to be this awful! I definitely don’t recommend this place and I’ll never waste my time and money here again.

I’ve been eating the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant for years now. It’s not a chicken salad sandwich any more, it’s a spring mix sandwich. The last 3 months that’s all that is on it with barely any chicken salad.

I have never eaten at a McAlister’s deli and after my experience here I never will. As soon as you walk in the door, they have a sign that says you get a free entree when you sign up for the rewards app. But this sign is not valid and they will not honor their advertisement. What a waste of time and completely unethical. This deceptive claim is illegal. I would never do business with this place.

I had a great time coming to this new McAlister’s location! The place was clean, staff was knowledgeable & friendly, and the food was delicious! The only con I would say that is if you have a chlorine allergy then you might want to avoid the tea and water. They use tap water instead of filtered. The food came in less than 10 minutes for a table of four. I had the four cheese grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque soup.
