Ordered a pizza and it was delivered barely warm and toppings almost half off the bottom half. The ranch dressing was hotter than the pizza to be honest. I was really hoping to be able to have some decent pizza while in Omaha but I am left disappointed…

Due to allergies, I ordered a small pizza without cheese, but with extra red sauce, mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos. The vegs were clumped in such a way that some pieces had hardly any toppings. They were skimpy at best. Also, the red sauce was bare in some places. I’ve ordered before and there was a very thick layer, no bottom crust showing thru, of red sauce. I was charged over $18.00 for a SMALL, ill prepared pizza. Last time I LOVED it. This time it was disappointing at best.

The pizza we ordered was good, except we specifically asked for 3 marinara sauces to be delivered and was told that was fine, we were also told cheese bread came with 2 marinara sauces; the pizza and cheese bread arrived with only 1. All I can say is Failure to communicate on godfathers behalf, if someone is going to answer the phones they should know what is going on. When we called and asked about the mistake, they said they would give us 2 more in 45 minutes when the pizza would be cold. They ended up giving a $6 credit to our account for future use, not sure we will be coming back to use it.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered online at 7:02 pm it’s now 8:45 and still no pizza. Oh and this is after a phone call at 8:15 and the manager said it was out for delivery. Took my money and no pizza. Hope you enjoy scamming people out of their money.. Omaha proud but will never do business here again.

Everything looked absolutely perfect when it was delivered today. The person that took my order was patient and kind, the delivery driver was prompt and even arrived before the allotted time I was estimated when I first ordered the food. It all really looked like the pictures in advertisement and tasted just as delicious. I’m very pleased I even called the manager to thank them and their staff for it all. It’s not every day that we order out, and to have such a great experience with everything just makes it all perfect. Even the person that took my order was joking about having a case of the Monday’s, so to have them all put this together so perfectly, just made my family’s night. I really cannot applaud them enough for the food we were given tonight.
