Came for our $3 National Burger Day Burger Tuesday. It wax awesome. Great double cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes & Burger sauce. We had to purchase a drink, which we needed anyway. (We got 2 deals). And we purchased a fry/onion ring combo side too.

The cashier Nat was very nice. There was an issue with the kiosk, she noticed and just pulled me to her register where she rang me up no problem. It was my first time here and besides it being a little expensive it was good food. She brought it out fast and listened to every customization that i asked for!

Food was AMAZING, but when my 8 yr old son, who is a wheelchair user, asked for a togo bag, the staff laughed at him. I’m confused as to why they would laugh/make fun of my son. It completely destroyed our day and my son’s self esteem. My heart hurts for the way the staff made fun of my son. Seeing him try to hold it together and not cry right there. I will never go back to this establishment or any Burgerfi franchise.

Love going this BurgerFi for lunch during my shifts. They know how to treat you right. Especially on those rush days when work is tight. MO always makes bomb burgers. And the staff is super friendly and laid back. Great place to eat!

Burger Fi is absolutely amazing. However this location wasn’t the best at customer service. My husband who is an army veteran and had his fingers blown off could not use the automated kiosk. There was a girl behind the counter on her phone and not once did she even try to help. After finally figuring out how to place the order, there was no option to make it to go. We couldn’t find anyone to ask to change it. We found the girl making herself a drink at the soda fountain. When we asked she looked very off put. Our food was ready and she still brought it to us for dine in. Reminded her we needed it to go. She walked back at a glacier pace and handed the food back to the cooks to repackage. The cooks were great. They were smiling and working fast. She then just slid the bag to me on the counter n walked back. No thank you or have a nice day or a smile. She has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working in a customer service job in any capacity. Food was great as usual.

First time and I ordered a Veggie Burger and tea. Self service menu was a little confusing at first. My order came out to $15, I think it was a bit expensive for two things. The employees were nice. One helped me with kiosk menu, she was also on top of cleaning tables and keeping everything clean. The kiosk gives you the option of leaving a tip. Though you don’t have a server, I assume they split what ever tips come in amongst the employees? Bottom line, been there, done it, no need to return. ♀️

A few months ago I ordered to go, I got all the way home to see my burger was UNDER COOKED. It was very pink in the middle. I called and the manager gave me a free burger and shake and refunded me for my purchase. I said I would never go back but my sister talked me into going for lunch so I did and as we sat inside a young lady brought us our food and before she could sit our tray down I noticed a long piece of HAIR on our onion ring , literally wrapped around it. I immediately asked is that hair, and she apologized, took it back and offered to remake the food. I’ll ask for a refund and left I was again offered a free shake by the same manager. I expressed how disappointed I was for trying them again after the first time.
