Wanted a 1/4 pounder. Sat in drive through lane for 10 minutes without moving. Placed order in app and changed to deliver to parking. Another 18 minutes and I went inside and got the order. Guess management doesn’t know how to turn off app features based on staff availability like burger King does. Staff was friendly enough but seem ill prepared to handle the dinner rush. Food here is same as all McDonald’s, personally, I’m not going to wait this long for it again. My fault for not knowing how slow this location can be

Had to wait 10 minutes at the register. There is a line but no one even looks up to acknowledge you. Some kid walked by and I asked if he can get someone to come to the register. He walks over and stands there. I ordered food and he never said a word, didn’t ask what I wanted, didn’t say how much it was, kid was mute just like the rest of the staff was blind. This place sucks. Hated giving even the one star.

Fresh and clean sure, but maybe if you didn’t package doordash drinks at the bottom of a bag, making it where they can’t ensure they have the order correct, they might cam get one right. But 3 times in a row somethings missing from doordash and its always a drink they failed to out with the rest and assume the dasher should just know. Wether it’s a store issue or cooperate needs addressed either way.

I went through drive thru for a 10 piece nugget meal and a McChicken and small fry I wanted over 45 mins would have waited longer if I didn’t go inside after ordering for then to forget my med fry and only give me 9 nuggets are you serious I waited almost an hour for you to forget my food and not even give me the correct number of nuggets. The food is below average even the breakfast menu there is no taste no flavor to pretty much everything that you order here the only thing that is the exception to that are the signature pancakes the pancakes are always good but if you’re getting any kind of a bacon cheese biscuit or anything like that expect a tasteless Bland sandwich. A positive about this place is that during breakfast hours they are extremely fast and efficient about getting your order I still would recommend this place if you’re in a hurry to get to work in the morning and you need a quick bite to eat it is quick and efficient. But if you’re looking for Taste and flavor and you have more time I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

If ordering late at night I wouldn’t recommend this location, tonight I placed a mobile order for curbside and waited about 25 minutes before going through drive through, by this time though I no longer had an order # because it had been so long and my card had already been charged (it even said order was being prepared). I said I placed a mobile order but had no code because it timed out and the attendant responded by stating something along the lines of “well if you dont have a code I cant give you anything. thank you” as the conversation was finished and said the statement in a very (for lack of a better word) rude attitude. I sat for about 3 seconds processing because I just wasted my money because someone doesn’t know customer service and my time was wasted and drove off because I’ve always been told by my mom that if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything at all. I get that people have bad days but if you lack customer service skills then you should respectfully find another job
