Lyra was very sweet, knowledgeable, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Kensey stayed busy and was all over the place, but she took the time to check on us. The food was great. The store was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was excellent.

The jalapeno turkey crunch sandwich is delicious! Get a To Go box and only eat half while you’re there and enjoy the other half later as the portion is generous and yummy!

Tomato Cucumber side was tasty… roast beef was crispy on the edges.

Beautiful sandwich! The bread seemed stale on both of our sandwiches, but the meats and cheeses were exceptional. They are famous for their sweet tea, but ours did not impress us much. Seemed like it took a little longer than it should to get our food since there were very few customers at the time. It was just ok for us. Nothing to rave about, but the sandwiches do look pretty!

We have been coming to this location for years. Don’t know what has happened but this was the last straw. Took forever to order…no fault of the poor girl behind the counter, who was really trying.

5/5 food as always. Customer service got them this 3 star today. Seems that every time we have visited recently the service has worsened. They were extremely slow today and not one employee had a smile on their face. These small things go a long way, even if you’re faking till you make it!

Was one of the first in line at the pre-opening where they served a free meal from 1030am-2pm. The managers were nice and accommodating. Be patient with the girls behind registers since they’re still being trained.

This McAllister’s location has gone extremely downhill. Every time I get a takeout order it is wrong and/or missing something. On two different occasions, they have tried to serve me the scrapings at the bottom of the bowl as a substitute for queso for thier “nachos”. This place used to be pretty good, but the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. The service is also going downhill. When I bring issues like this to the attention of the staff, they don’t seem to care or want to do anything to continue and win my business.

I did online take out. The french dip was missing the au jus dip. The mashed potato beef gravy was so peppery it burned my husband’s mouth. My steamed veggies were also way too peppered. The caesar salad was sad…. missing crutons and some bad lettuce. Both sandwiches were delicious. My 1st visit here was great but today missed the mark. I have heard back from corporate and they were very prompt to address my issues.
