Who has been letting me sleep on EL RINCONSITO DE HOPE !!!! Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to!!!! Not only is the food the best the service was amazing! When I tell y’all it is the best I mean it! If you have not tried it, try it now! You will not be disappointed, I promise! Mayte was the best waiter! Super clean and friendly environment! She made sure we had everything we needed never had to wait for anything she was on top of everything ! If you are looking for a great place that is not only the best but budget friendly, this is the place! Will be going here for now on!

Delicious! I had the Friday special – chicken and rice. The portion was just right since I was not extremely hungry. We also had the chicken and beef fajitas. The beef was a little tough but had excellent flavor. The homemade chips and salsa was tasty.

Met a friend here for lunch. We don’t live in hope so just took a guess on where to go. Super friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, and the best queso I’ve had in a long time. Lunch specials were delicious and I was stuffed the rest of the day (in a good way).

You guys are awesome! We had to stop at Hope for the night because of the storm. My husband ran to this restaurant with about 15 mins to close. We ordered take out, they were so kind and cooked the best Mexican food!! It was sooo good. Salsa, chips and white cheese dip was ON POINT!❤️ If you haven’t been, go check them out!
