This thing was supposed to be original large specialty Supreme with only pepperoni for meat and extra cheese that we paid extra for. With 18 wings well done. So they made the pizza well not the wings, had only 8 or 9 pieces of pepperoni and hardly any other toppings. For $40 flipping dollars! No, just no. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen a Papa John’s try to serve.

First time I got delivery the driver couldn’t find my address, and then texted me afterwards to tell me I should give better directions next time and was mad I upset him… I have no idea what I did besides order the food online. I decided to give it a second chance and ordered again. My doorbell wasn’t working and I had no idea the driver showed up, until I opened my door and saw it had been sitting on the ground for 25 minutes outside. Checked my camera footage and the driver rang the bell once, waited a few seconds, then set it down and left.

Ordered half pepperoni, half jalapeños & onions estimated delivery 30-40 mins. It took over an hour to get here. Pizza was barely warm and was not made correctly. TONS of sauce, not very much cheese, hardly any pepperoni and it was missing jalapeños. Would have been fine if the pizza at least tasted good but it did not. This store always messes up our orders.

If I could give this papa johns a 0 stars I would. We ordered 6pm tonight with a 2 hour wait. At 2.5 hours it said it was delivered to our hotel it was not. We contacted them and they said it would be another 2.5 hours we said no we already waited they finally after the 3rd call said they would have it to us asap. We got a call at 11:21 saying that he was in the hotel lobby. We said we had been sitting in the lobby all night he was not there. He was at a totally different hotel. We even gave the lady on the phone our address not only our hotel name but the address. The delivery guy hung up on us and we tried to call back for 35 min the call went to voice mail. It is 12:09 am and guess what our order is not showing up yet again tonight. Horrible service horrible experience.

Be prepared to wait over an hour every time you order. Don’t bother calling, they do not answer phones. And your order will be wrong every time. They don’t care about making it right either.

Wow this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Papa Johns! My order was about 20 minutes late, the pizza was so bland, not to mention cold…. Terrible. We’ll never be ordering from here again which is sad because we typically LOVE Papa Johns.

Haven’t had a bad experience here yet. Until today when I ordered left sausage, right pepperoni and they did left sausage & pepperoni, right just cheese. I called and the manager is sending a corrected pizza by delivery, even though I did carryout initially. Far better customer service than the dominos on douglas!
