Went here for some late night grub. I had the steak tacos & chicken burrito. The home made tortillas were perfect. Loved the onions & cilantro. The green sauce is definitely spicy but very tasty.

I ate from Hector’s for the first time. I wanted to try their food. So I saw the Mexican Sandwich that caught my eye. So I order it. I used chicken for the meat. Man oh man it payed off. This was the best sandwich I’ve tasted in a long time. 4 stars from me.

24-hour Mexican food what??? I was in town visiting it was 5 in the morning we were starving and I found this place on maps.. to my surprise when I pulled up there was already some cars there.. it was like a Tuesday night.. well Wednesday morning we both got steak fajitas definitely restaurant quality supergas everything homemade from scratch and you could taste it. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I waited over an hour for 2 items. I ordered tacos and enchiladas. I told the lady in Spanish and English. She gave me salad with chicken instead of enchiladas like I asked for! At this point I had already waited over an hour there was no point in waiting for another 30-40 minutes for them to fix the issue and give me what I asked for in the first place, the tacos were good but the salad went straight in the trash and waisted $15 on being given the wrong item. Would not go here again, waiting over an hour on a weekday for 2 meals is crazy and then they don’t even give me what I asked and paid for.

This place is delicious not to mention open 24th s. I have had the opportunity to visit Hectors 4 times and every time the food is perfect and their salsa verde is amazing. If you appreciate spicy it’s probably one of the best trucks around

Now I’ve eaten at almost every taco stand there is in Temple terrace. Hector is by far 1 of the best tacos I’ve had. You must come and try it out if your looking for good tacos.
