I am extremely disappointed with the pizzas we ordered tonight. Literally they are not edible. They are as flat as a cracker with zero cheese (even though we ordered extra cheese) and not even cut. I can not believe they would even serve them. I would hate to be the owner of the this place. They turn the phones off so you can’t call-often hours before closing. Too many pizza shops in Waverly…..

This is the best Pizza in Waverly by far. However the ordering process is difficult and the drive through method can be a pain especially on a Friday night. I still have to give it a great rating due to the quality of the pizza. The hassle is worth it.

Ordered online through their site and got a pre-confirmation email. Waited the 55 minutes then after a total of an hour and a half, we called like the email said to. They tell me that they never got my order, then tried to charge me a second time, I paid online. They refused any refund. I’m now out of almost 30 dollars. I am never eating here again.

Grew up going to Cardo’s, been one of my favorite pizza joints for 40+ years. Normally the best people & food in the area. Had a bad experience this last time, was charged incorrectly & didn’t get what we ordered on our pizza, wrong size even, plus the salad was incorrect toppings. We love the place & it seemed to be staffed with minors/young people. So we just ate & left, to not get anyone in trouble. Normally a great experience, probably just a bad evening!!

Called a delivery order and was told about an hour. An hour and a half later no order. Called again was told I remember your order but I can’t find it. We will re-make it and rush it out to you .Another hour and a half goes by and food was delivered. Disappointing.

We got a pizza last night April 1 we were very disappointed with it . We have eat a lot of pizza from Cardo’s in the past that were the best in town but the last few times they have not been very good last night it was very disappointing and it will be the last time we get one for a while they have went down hill a lot very disappointing
