Our new go to place to eat in Georgetown. Great service and delicious food. Had Jalapeño Margaritas, Poblano cream enchiladas, and supreme enchiladas.

We have been here 3 times. The 1st time was fantastic! The food and service were both wonderful. I have dairy and gluten allergies, everyone was very on point and I did not get sick. The 2nd time the server was very reserved and not well trained and the steak was very fatty and the plate was not as neat as the 1st visit, I had ordered the same thing as before. The 3rd time was horrible! 3+ servers and a hostess, several visibly empty tables, and not a single attempt at smile/acknowledgement/greeting for 15 mins! Everyone walked by with their eyes deliberately downcast/avoiding! I’ve trained many servers in my time and this is absolutely unacceptable. The hostess finally acknowledged us and took our name. After 2 more parties came in, treated exactly like us, and 10 more minutes passed without further acknowledgement we passed or name/place to the next person in front of us and left. Very disappointing, especially after that wonderful 1st visit. Not sure when or if we’ll be back.

Wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good. We stopped by because this El Cerro was a supporter of the local Dixie Girls Softball Allstar Tournament. We will visit again if we are ever in the area.

I went there and the chicken enchiladas. I don’t know who made that but this gravy or the sauce on the enchiladas was plain lousy It didn’t have that tangy taste like every other enchilada I ate. The bread was awful I don’t know what to say about that. And why would you have spinach in the enchiladas. I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food in the last 8 years and I’ve never had nothing as bad as this. I won’t be returning to this establishment

Mexican standards at your typical location for lunch favorites. Tacos, burritos, fajitas, and carnitas were good.

The absolute slowest service ever and oblivious employees. At least my nachos were good, although they shouldn’t have taken nearly as long as they did. Chips, prepared. Cheese, prepared. Ground beef, prepared. This location gives the others a bad name.
