This place will put nasty slimy black plastics in your coffee. Then if you try and ask for them to fix the problem and remake your coffee, they will scream in your face, accuse you of lying, and never give you any coffee or a refund. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I was not treated with any sort of respect or kindness. It’s not like my coffee from here is usually good and I try to avoid it, but now I will never come here again. I don’t reccomend coming here for your coffee unless you want to drink toxic plastics and get harassed by the employees.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My friends and I found black plastic things in our drinks. super unsafe. we told the managers, just to let them know that their coffee is unsafe. All the managers did was yell in my friends and I faces. They do not care about their customers one bit.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever visited. I found pieces of the plastic bag in my coffee and when I visited the Dunkin the employees were extremely rude and yelled at me for asking for free coffee after drinking a contaminated coffee. The customer service was terrible, they always forget parts of my order, and my coffee never tastes quite right. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here unless you want to drink plastic and get yelled at

I like their coffee and prices are fine But the older lady that works there is very mean. I get it you probably deal with a lot of annoying people but she makes me feel guilty for ordering coffee like I’m inconveniencing her even know it’s her job. from the eye rolls, heavy sighs when I ask a simple question to the trash talk I can hear because she doesn’t wait until the window fully shuts. I draw the line She’s been so unpleasant everytime I’ve gone I just stopped going because I can taste her anger in my coffee.

Google isn’t updating the hours despite constantly suggesting them with pictures, please be aware of earlier closing times due to colder temperatures(less customers means significantly slower, less ice cream orders means store can’t justify having large selection, etc)

i went on my hour lunch to get a maple sugar bacon sandwich. the line was so long that by the time i got my food i had 35 minutes left of my lunch. an than i realize all they gave me was a croissant w a piece of bacon stuff in it. so i go back, being so polite bc i understand it’s busy and maybe there low staffed idk but i was nice an the older lady came to the window so rude telling me to give her the food back. an i had to stop her an tell her hold on i’m not even trying to be rude i just want to get what i asked for. and she said ok and goes an makes my sandwich and comes back again rude an i had to tell her again and i smiled and drove off. ik from experience that working at food places can be difficult and busy but if your going to work here or any food place at least make what the person paid for. i’m not mad just frustrated at this place bc in the end i had 10 minutes left to eat my sandwich.

This location actually makes coffee the correct way. That’s why I come to this location. I just wish they would get their Dunkin app figured out. I get a free medium coffee with any purchase on Mondays. Expires June 21, 2021. I’ve been a loyalty member for years and have always gotten the free coffee on Mondays with no problem. I go to multiple locations with no issue when I am not in Huntley on Mondays.For some reason this location always has a problem honoring the free coffee.
