I have loved Dairy Queen my whole life. I try to give things a chance, but if your get anything but the hotdogs here you are fine. But the hotdogs are made in such a messy manner they are near inedible. No care is taken whatsoever. I have bought my last hotdog here. Which is a real shame, because DQ hot dogs have been my favorite as long as I can recall.

Everything we ordered was delicious. Nothing was missing. And the employee that took my order at the register, Josh L. Well I think he has the absolute best work ethic. Great at taking orders. I dined in and while I was having dinner with my family, I happened to noticed Josh L was consistently moving and attending the customers. He truly is the definition of a great and efficient employee. Takes pride in his job. I’m not usually leave reviews but I think Josh L deserves some recognition because a lot of other employees at different establishments really lack these skills.

I ordered a chicken basket it arrived stale and burnt, the dipping sauce was straight liquid like water but I ordered gravy. The Cheesecake blizzard arrived with just strawberry ice cream and vanilla. The order was disgusting. I called to file a complaint and there were two girls playing on the phone, they both said they were store managers. I asked for their names and they refused then later during the call said it’s Kelly. I rarely complain but this needs to be rectified. I was respectful and from the start of the call they were rude and took my call as a joke. I contacted corporate and waiting for a response. Complaining is not something I do at all but this incident definitely need me to be looked at. I have the call recording and images of the disgusting food.

Young staff was very rude. Bought two large blizzards and halfway through the blizzard it was just vanilla ice cream. Doesn’t seem like it was even mixed. Both of them were different flavors and both of them were not mixed. Will never go there again.

I was doordashing in the Munster area until recently when I found a new job. The majority of the staff at this location, particularly the management, are beyond rude, especially the manager JOSH. The staff is so cold, bitter and rude to Doordashers. Not only me but other food delivery service workers I would see come in for a to go order while waiting. I would come in and without addressing my order JOSH would lock eyes with me sigh deeply and roll his eyes heavily and would say “name!”. I said, “why do you see me and frown like this? I haven’t even said anything to you yet.” His rude response was, “because I HATE doordash orders.” A member of higher management, not a child manager in their early 20s but an actual grown adult manager, needs to have a conversation with the children management they have on board that Dairy Queen CHOSE to create a business partnership with food delivery services like Doordash to move additional weight for them and make extra money via to go orders. Because in reality you and your delivery service drivers that Dairy Queen choose to partner up with, WORK together. Stop allowing your store management to treat private contractors like 2nd class citizens.
