The morning service is always bad, both curbside and pickup. For some reason, they can’t get the orders correct, and it takes forever! Don’t go if you are trying to get to work or school. The fries are never hot! The salads are good.

It’s a chikfila, its always good, and they haven’t messed up my orders yet but I don’t really order much so I’d hope they don’t. The portions sometimes feel random. Some days I get like the chonkiest chicken strips ever and plenty of fries, other times I get disappointing strips and maybe like 20% less fries than normal.

The last couple of times I come here they either leave something out or I have to ask for condiments. Normally they don’t ever make it right after I send a message to corporate. It’s always the same response well we r doing our best to train. I always have to check my food before I drive away because they will not reimburse you. Not once has the owner ever responded back to my complaints. I don’t go to that location much anymore and I go to chick fil a at least once a week. ******^Follow up****. I sent a email to the address the manager left on the post and of course they didn’t do anything except apologize. I will never spend my $$$ at this particular chick fil a anymore. I will drive to the palladium before I ever step foot in that restaurant again. They don’t care about the customers and that’s obvious with their response to my situation. Every single time I go to that location something is wrong but they will not fix it except to apologize and say they will talk to the employees. All I want is to go to a chick fil a and have my order correct without having to go and flag someone down because they missed my drinks or a side item or even condiments. They won’t even put in napkins unless you ask!! DO BETTER. I’VE WORKED IN RESTAURANTS HALF MY LIFE AND I WORKED AT DISNEY. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT PERIOD! There are so many other establishments I could go to and spend my money but when I go here and get the same ridiculous nonsense and have to check my order before I leave every single time they need to make it right. They don’t care about their clientele when they r repeat customers. This location will never get my money again!!!! Especially when they had the opportunity to make it right and they didn’t.

Man I am surprised they opened up another fila in Greensboro high point area. But just thought I would try it out for a change. Overall great atmosphere and service! Most people are complaining about service and them not saying “it’s my pleasure” but keep in mind this is new and they are learning. Other than that great I hope they keep the timing till 10 because I know it’ll eventually close to 9 like other Chik fila locations

I don’t recommend this location. Something as simple as adding cheese to a menu item was overly complicated. I literally had to tell them to just put a piece of cheese in a box. How do you not know to do that? Charge fifty cent or a dollar or whatever and move on. The most ridiculous part is the big deal they made. Go to another chic fil a.
