This was so disappointing. The fries were over salted and under cooked, the tossed in sauce buffalo garlic wings were tossed at sauce and almost missed completely and I tasted no garlic. Thank you Coca Cola for a great drink and Zaxby’s for great service but this visit was a busy.

Went the other day and it was packed with a baseball team. So we went through thr drive through and ordered then sat back inside. Didn’t have my salad dressing, napkins, nor a fork my bag so it’s actually good I went back inside to eat. Other than that it wasn’t a bad experience

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 20 PC sweet and spicy wings, basket of fries and a large sprite. You would think the wings would’ve been the star of the show but they were under seasoned and weren’t fresh. The fries were hot and well seasoned and were the best part of the meal. They also didn’t put any ranch, Ketchup, napkins or wet wipes in the bag. Kinda disappointing due to this not being the typical zaxbys experience.

I love Zaxby’s but the last 2 times I went they left the cole slaw out of the number 2. The 2nd time I checked my bag to see it missing and went back inside. I absolutely love the cole slaw. It’s the main reason I go there. Come on guys. Just simple things. The lady is nice at the counter and all but I wish the people in the back would put what I order in the dang bag

I ordered online and when i got there they told me to pull up ahead. I waited for over 30 minutes and decide to go around again. When i asked if my food was ready, apparently it was and they just forgot about it! They gave me my food and it was all soggy!! To top it off my order was also wrong. Be aware costumers, ask every now and then of your food is ready because they may have forgotten about it.
