I was very impressed with Connected, and I would definitely dine here again! This is a hidden gem. The outside looks unassuming (looks like a warehouse), but the inside transports you to a gorgeous fine dining experience. Beautiful setting, attentive service, and delicious food for a decent price. My mother and I were both given roses at the end of our meal as an added bonus. I would definitely recommend dining at Connected if you’re looking for a nice dinner in Peoria

Oh my goodness! My husband and I both enjoyed our Anniversary dinner here. They made us feel so special, they got us in right away when our previous plans fell through. We had a dry aged steak which was cooked to perfection with potatoes and asparagus. I also had the French Martini which was also amazing. We will definitely be back.

If you want to celebrate something, get a reservation here. Their specials are outstanding and everything is so well executed. I had this Bolognese made with ribeye and wild boar trimmings marinated with cloves and cinnamon. Unreal. And the complimentary eggplant dip is delicious. Drinks are fantastic too. One of my favorite places for sure!

This is the best restaurant in the state. Hands down. We come several times a year to celebrate different things and I feel the wait staff doesn’t even need to ask what we want… they already know we start off with the Mozarella Caprese salad to share! We are beef eaters and haven’t had any entree other than the Del Monaco or the Bistecca Al Barolo. The bistecca is a filet mignon, cooked to perfection with a mushroom and barolo wine sauce on top. When it comes to steak, 99.9% of the time I am the “S&P for me” guy and look down on those who have to dip their steak or slather it in sauce to eat it…. this though… every bite is heavenly. If you finish all that, and have room for dessert, I highly recommend the Pots de Cremé. It’s sweet, salty, and garnished with a sprig of mint, chocolate and raspberry. Phenomenal. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the building and are very accommodating. Couldn’t complain if I wanted to.

I had high expectations for this place because of all the great reviews and especially because of the big city menu prices.

We are from out of town. Read Connected is the most elegant dining in Peoria and chose that as our special dining experience. Started out nicely- a drink at the bar with a nice and attentive bartender. We ate at the patio- lovely atmosphere. The service started out well. We had the roasted eggplant dip with the bread which my husband thought was delicious. And then it all went down from there. We ordered wine and were half way through the dinner before any wine showed up despite repeated requests. The bartender was completely backed up. The pasta main course was supposed to have a “light cream sauce” but was heavy and nothing light. We ordered the lamp chops at a high price. Mediocre would be generous. Cooked irregularly and meat was nothing special. Between service and food and high price- not a place I would go back to.

It was exceptional. The bolognese was amazing. The chicken parm was huge, and the shrimp alfredo was also very good. Service was outstanding. You can tell everything is homemade. Prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes and the quality of food. We were working next door and came in late, but we’ll be sure to eat here again. I can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful place. Love the atmosphere and how it makes you feel like you are outside eating in Italy. The food was better than expected. The menu is a bit exotic but they had a fantastic house special. It was pricey so definitely for special occasions.
