Where people at the window don’t understand what the words “no mayo” mean, and it takes roughly fifteen minutes to get a sandwich at the window.

I haven’t been to a firehouse since I lived in Nebraska so it’s been a few years. I don’t know why I waited so long because in my opinion they have the best subs hands down. Friendly staff, good service, you can’t go wrong.

Sandwiches are a bit messy and steak has a refrigerated taste! Order taker, cook and cashier were the same individual and hiring sogn posted apparently hasn’t generated many takers. Wonder if the wage they are offering is competitive?

Had we arrived 10 minutes earlier, the gentleman finishing his food told us that there wasn’t anyone in there. There were groups of people waiting in line and unfortunately I didn’t have the time to stick around and wait. Love Firehouse Subs though!
