As my local Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve noticed a pattern of running out of many items, including the basics. Donuts seem to run out by the mid-afternoon. Yesterday they only had small iced cups and today this sign was posted listing everything they had run out of. When an item is missing a remedy or alternative isn’t offered (such as offering two small cups for the price of my large drink, etc). Monitoring inventory and having back-up items on hand would make a big difference at this location.

Whoever that girl was taking drive-thru orders today is thee most annoying and rude order taker I’ve encountered in the area. She was rushing me and there wasn’t even a big line behind me. She was speaking so fast and kept asking “anything else?” After each thing that I ordered in the most rude way. Not friendly whatsover!! I didn’t even want to continue ordering anything else! Fire that annoying person and find some good customer service. I complained to the nice guy who took my payment. Hopefully he says something today to the mngr. How annoying.

This place needs district manager to make functional!!! It’s an embarrassment to food service of every kind and especially the Dunkin brand. Thank God for another excellent coffeehouse and a cafe with lattes in Vernon. Wish we could give negative stars to this location. They don’t care about allergies or dietary restrictions. They don’t care about customers.

It was great when they first re-opened. Now some of the people that they’ve hired can’t seem to get the orders correct. I mean, at all…even after repeating an order of only 2 or 3 things 5 times!! Then when I would go inside to correct, I would get “Honey-ed” to death. Now I just drive to the DD in Franklin across from Walgreens. They are awesome, nice, always smiling and pleasant. Never get an order wrong.

As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this place is a Dunkin Donuts. I got the bacon egg cheese wrap with hash browns and my brother ate up some turkey sausage thing. I had an iced coffee that was completely average.

Place is bad, dirty, kids working there have no respect, went 3 days in a row ordered same exact coffee no sugar was in it, what did they run out of sugar? Everyday they run out of something, no straws, no large cups, no lids, no chocolate milk, no donuts, lol seriously one day at the drive threw a women was so high she could barely talk she was drooling, come on people get your act together…. It is just coffee!!!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions I went to get donuts and they had no donuts. It was 2pm on a Saturday and the donut shop had no donuts. What donut shop runs out of donuts not even halfway through the day?? If you want donuts from there, you better make sure you get them by the crack of dawn because they won’t have any by noon. Looks like they need to re-hire Fred and tell him it’s time to make the donuts and to make more of them this time.
