Worst customer service. I’ve walked out twice. First time waited almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Today almost the same. One cashier who had to leave the front to make someone a salad while the man waited so long. Guy at register said to him “I have only 2 hands!”. I’ll never try to eat there again. Rude staff.

I’m a fan of Arby’s still even when a lot of people don’t eat there anymore. This one off of Highway 92 in Woodstock by Walmart was pretty bad. I went to try the new fish strips meal and they were more like fish sticks. The curly fries, which are always my favorite, were not fresh at all and the root beer I ordered tasted like the syrup was almost out. I was on my lunch break and spent almost $10 to be so disappointed. Maybe this is what’s to be expected of fast food joints nowadays.

I ordered online and when I walked into the store the young lady was finishing my shakes. She then put my 2 orders of crinkle fries in a bag. I was informed there was an order ahead of mine, which I understood. What I didn’t understand is why my shakes were melting and my fries were getting cold while the order before mine was assembled. Nine minutes later my sandwiches were put in the bag with the fries. Then the bag sat there while the young lady delivered the order to the group and made a couple trips for additional condiments. I finally asked if she could hand me my order that was just sitting there. She rolled her eyes and handed me my order. I said I wasn’t happy that my fries were cold and my shakes were melted and she simply shrugged her shoulders. They should have started my order after the group in front of me was served so my food had a chance of being fresh.

This place is an absolute mess! I ordered food to dine in and waited over 15 min. When I did get my food it was absolutely cold like it was definitely sitting there for no reason. Then the manager is to busy screaming at the works she’s absolutely rude and has no idea what she’s doing. But this place is trash! Too bad I love Arby’s but this location I don’t recommend to anyone!
