I’d never really had Jersey Mike’s prior to moving here. I really like their sandwiches. They are leaps and bounds better than the other “quick service sandwich” places I will not name. Food is fast, fresh and really good. Always gonna be my first choice if it’s available.

Love jersey mikes eat at my local JM in Colorado probably once a week. This was my first experience using the app to order delivery and this is mostly the cause for my extremely negative experience. I placed my order at 5:30 and the app estimated 35-40 minutes. Once I had completed my online order the estimated arrival time was now listed at 6:44 (74 minutes). I saw that the order had been sent to this location (the one on NW highway in Park Ridge) which was 6.1 miles away from my location, not the one on Mannheim road which was .4 miles away. And the link to track my order was an interface to a door dash delivery which was the first I was aware that the delivery was being handled by door dash. So I call the franchise to try to sort this out. They will not answer the phone, wait a few minutes call 2 more times, still no answer. I spend 20 minutes trying to find a way to give feedback on the app. The confirmation email is do not respond, there is no way on the app or website to cancel order or give feedback. The delivery tracker is a door dash link also with no way to contact. I try to call again, call 5 times in a row, still no answer. At this point I just want to go to the Mannheim location and get my food in person, but figure everything is already in progress so I’ll just wait. At 6:30 I get a text from the door dasher saying they are in the store waiting for the food but it’s not ready yet (an hour after the order was placed) I reply that I just want to cancel the order and that I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to contact them. I don’t hear any reply until 10 minutes later when the door driver says they are on their way with the food. at 6:50 the tracker says the delivery has arrived, I go down to the lobby of the hotel and no one is there. Turns out she is at the Mannheim road in Des Plains and I am at the Mannheim road in Franklin park. I call her, there is definitely a language barrier, I text the full address and don’t hear back for 5 minutes then I text again to say I don’t want to wait any longer and just cancel my order. Don’t hear anything back, started walking to the Mannheim location to get a sandwich in person (where they gave me 5 star service.) I check the tracker again, food is listed as delivered. I text the door dasher again to ask why delivery was listed as completed and who I can contact about a refund, no response. Try to call original location again, they still don’t answer the phone.

This place has the best sandwiches and subs I have ever had in this whole area of Park Ridge. They have so huge menu, their selection is great, and you can really find so many worth to buy food here. This Jersey’s Mike is exceptional! They have amazing sandwiches and burgers. All of it are delicious, the meats they used is so tender and tasty, the veggies are so fresh, and the breads are so soft and always new. You will absolutely love every bite once you order and try their best seller burgers. The staff here is really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They are really kind to all of their customers and they all know how to treat and serve customers so well. Outstanding service. All of them are really working so hard and fast. Jersey’s Mike is everything! It was a pleasure for me to experience how awesome this spot is. Their employees are really great and they made my experience unforgettable. Once again they failed to make my sandwich correctly. Gave me a #8 with no bacon or mayo on it. I didn’t ask for it that way. Maybe if they paid the employees more than minimum wage they might care about their work. Maybe hire people that are old enough to drive? I’ll never go back. Plenty of other sandwich shops in the area.
