Really awesome place to go to when it’s not busy. Parking is very limited. I only use pick up because of this. You can add things to your smoothie such as protein, Energy powder just be careful. Overall quality experience but again just smoothies and cold sandwiches.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted for a few minutes with no one ahead of me. The lady behind the register was on the phone, and the manager walked past me as well without acknowledgement. A 3rd employee finally recognized me waiting for service. When my order was taken, the smoothie didn’t taste as I expected even after a remake of it… I’ve had this order made at several locations, across several states yet this location was unable to meet my expectations… I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

when i first walked into this location i was very shocked to see how quick they were to get my order done! very clean lobby, smells good too. My person who took my order was chloe. she was very understanding with my stuttering. she helped me with what smoothie i should get as well as made it good. very well behaved store.

I bet the smoothies are great here. People were in and out ordering them. I tried the food. It was OK. Staying to eat was a bad choice. It was loud with all the traffic and blenders whirling. The dining are is inviting but the metal chairs are not comfortable for any long spell of sitting. No one else sat down during the 45 minutes I was there even though there was a steady flow of people. My food was a solid 3 stars. I give it 4 because people clearly love those smoothies. Just make sure you take it to go! I wish someone would have warned me in advance. Talking over those whirling dervishes was very frustrating.

The staff were all very attentive and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my visit. I was impressed with a particular employee who helped me, Sofia. She was very welcoming and friendly and was able to get me in and out like I wanted. I loved this location until they stopped carrying the plant based protein option. On multiple occasions I was told they are unable to get it from their supplier. Please start using the supplier that the other Downriver locations use becasue they all still carry it. It’s a bummer becasue this is the location closest to me.
