We came in after 3pm we were the only customers. 3 people working my berger was missing half of my ingredients the hot dog wasn’t even sitting in the bun! Dirty sticky tables.I’ve been in customer service all my life, clearly this crew has not, I’ve never felt so unwelcome .We will go elsewhere. Do better Dog and Shake

Floors were sticky, tables weren’t wiped off, 20 minutes to get a hot dog an shake. Ridiculous. Order was skipped over. People behind me got same thing. Only 1 couple infront of us.

The cherry limeade was soooo good the first time we got it and I think it’s usally good but the second time we went to get the limeade, it tasted like fizzy water with no cherry. The food wasn’t the best, it was okay but did not taste fresh. The onion rings were a bit overhyped in my opinion, it honestly tasted like raw onions and the batter had no taste whatsoever, it had no salt. The chili cheese fries were good but they also didn’t taste fresh. The Philly cheese steak wasn’t the best. Now when we visit this place it’s only for the limeades.

We ordered 2 corn dog lover meals, paid & then got told they were out. I understand things happen but they could’ve told us before hand. When we ordered something else it cost more when i asked why it cost more, the woman (assuming she was a manger) had a rude attitude about it for no reason & didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Where to start? Saturday, 8:45pm, main sign is off, outside menu light is off, big yee yee truck in the drive thru in the opposite direction, and the ‘cook’ is outside hanging on a motorcycle that is parked on the sidewalk next to the back door. What it looked like, for a Saturday night, was that this group of people working, really didn’t even want to be working. They were literally chomping at the bit to shut down an hour early.

The dog and shake restaurants are violating food safety!!!! When reported then make the employees clean up and the owner takes off out of state!! And seriously abuse there workers, a 16 year old was threatened with a metal bat by a hirer up because she cut the tomatoes wrong doing night prep. They made her work open to close nights in a row and constantly.

Dog n shake is fantastic! Especially this location. The fries are always hot. I mean hot enough you need to wait a few minutes to eat them. The prices seem a little high to me but the food and service make up for it. The chilli cheese dogs are outstanding. Im not saying the employees are underpaid or anything like that but I do wish I could give everybody a raise that works there because of how great the food and experience has been
