Great people and great atmosphere. I come here a couple of times a week now. The poke bowls are fresh with fresh veggies. Course A comes with udon, nigiri and a small poke salad. Great meal for when you’re hungry and want variety.

Running errands, and I was starving, so I stopped in. So glad I did. It was delicious shrimp udon. Wonderfully flavored broth with two crispy shrimp and, of course, fresh udon noodles. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

HI ONE SUSHI had a banner on the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Ward Avenue advertising half off rolls on Wednesdays so I brought the whole gang for a wonderful half off-roll Sushi and BYOB event! We arrived early and it was a short wait for our rolls even though we were a party of nine people. However, by the time we left there was a line out the door mostly for takeout orders. When I went to pay, a couple was coming in and they were told that it was an hour wait around 6:00 p.m. so try and go early or phone in your order before coming to the restaurant.
