There’s a lot to say. This place is crazy. 5 servers nor sure if they were working but with a really bad mode. Particularly referen to our server Asia, she just asked, ” do you know what you want?” and then she was putting pots on the little bar with vapor that really bothered me. Store open however could not sit down & have breakfast @ approximately 0430 hrs waitress was rude, @ least Mark the cook was nice. Waitress would not give me any silverware for my take out order, (which she charged me some kind of up fee for) because, “we don’t have any”! BS!

Strange visit. First we get there and there are no clean tables so we stand and wait. Only one of the staff even looks at us like she isn’t sure we are really there. After we stood there for several minutes, she finally asked if we were there for a togo order. We said no, we were waiting on a clean table. With that, she had nothing else to say. Finally, one of the waitresses cleaned off the table. They took our order, and with the exception of her gruff response, everything moved along. We got our food and one drink refill. Then, nothing they left the bill, and we didn’t see them anymore. we had a togo order we needed, but no one ever came around. Considered calling it in but decided we would wait. Finally, we waved the other waitress to come by, and she took the order but explained to us that it had been a busy morning, so all the staff was on break now. But she would take our order. After a bit, our original waitress brought our togo box to the table, put the check down, and said we could take it to the cash register at the other end of the store and left.

They almost never have chili I’ve kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I mean no one is never in their or they sleep in their car. I’ve been here at least 7 times on only gotten what I asked for 2 times. I have drive all the way to Palmetto waffle house to get satisfaction. But you know what the funny thing about I’m almost certain nothing will change about it. And I’m leave this review saying if anyone reads this this Waffle house right has to be the worst.

It’s waffle house so I dont expect much except for fast good food in a semi dirty situation. Now they have 6 people on the grill and the food is always cold and takes like 30 plus minutes to come out. Servers are rude to each other but that isnt new. Pre covid waffle house was way better. Now they work when they want to and how they want to

Strederick “Stred” was a wonderful server. Very nice and doing the best he could. However, he seemed new and completely overwhelmed. The reason for the bad rating was the quality of the food. This was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. The meat was so overcooked that there was nothing but black crisp left. They had 5 cooks on the line, so I don’t know which of them was cooking meat. We were on a road trip so unlikely we’ll ever return to this location, but we wouldn’t even if it was right by our house.
