In my almost 50 years of living, I have never waited almost an hour in line for mcdonald’s. This has been the worst I’ve seen. I wonder what was going on in there? They have to have the worst numbers for production. I paid for a double, and got a single. After all the wait, the fries were not fresh, and neither was the burger. The bread and meat were dry.The exterior of the building was dirty.

The worst experience. I made a mobile order to pick up inside. When I went to go inside, the doors were locked at 11:30. I knocked on the window and the women inside yelled loud enough from the counter to tell me to go through the drive thru. When we went through the drive thru, our order was wrong, and the same woman tried telling me the order was right. She became angry. We just drove off without our order. KEEP DRIVING.

I went in to order and saw how dirty it was and just walked out. McDonalds is known for cleanliness and consistent food across all locations. If the lobby is that dirty, how dirty is it where they prepare the food?

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. First, off the building looked closed, there was no light on and looked very run down and shabby. The whole place looked very old and sketchy, it looked like no one attended to it in ages. They have a big yellow “OPEN” sign on their roof that’s very tacky. Went through drive through and the ordering machine was broken and stuck on an order for coffee, was plastered with stickers and very gross and unpleasant to look at. The ordering menu was outdated. Was in line for twenty minutes before we got our food, didn’t even get the fries we ordered, they charged us for mayonnaise and couldn’t even count out the change. Staff was very slow and took ten minutes just to get the car ahead a cup of coffee. I ordered two burgers and only could eat one, it gave me food poisoning and threw the other one away. I don’t know how they passed safety and health inspection. Overall was a terrible experience, very understaffed, wasted an hour of my life and wasted my money.

Even though the options for pick-up inside or curbside are still in the app, this location has decided to wait until a customer arrives to tell them drive-thru only. The drive-thru line is insane, so I decided that I would get the order from inside. As I approached the door all I could hear was it’s in the drive-thru multiple times. As this is unusual for an employee to just blurt out, I thought she may have been talking to the person at the door, which she let in, and closed the door. As I stood there trying to figure out what was going on, she turned around and opened the door, ” It’s in the drive-thru,” nothing else. I attempted to cancel my order, but because I had already clicked pick-up inside and pay I had to wait in the drive-thru, to which they attempted to hand me the wrong order, but when they handed me the correct order, it was cold. The employee telling people it was in the drive-thru, could have easily greeted customers with a smile and taken orders at the register.
