I’m a vegan, so, I appreciate the guy that clean cut my pizza for me and delivered to us. My mom and her bf got the NY Style Pepperoni Pizza and loved it!! How is it that my call goes to a call center and not the actual Saint Alban’s location? And the 304 deal makes you build your own pizza, so you don’t get $3.04 off “any” pizza! Just horribly overpriced and I am thoroughly aggravated with how difficult it is to order a pizza with PJ. Marcos pizza is better and you are treated better as a customer.

Pizza was ready when we finally got into store. Employee delivery cars were parked in both handicapped parking spaces and in fire lane so we had to park down from the restaurant. That is the second time we’ve encountered this here so we’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

I was really disappointed with the pizza I was served this evening. I ordered from the store in St. Albans WV. One pizza was well done to the point of not being edible. I couldn’t believe they would sell one that burnt. The other was edible but almost cooked to long making it dry. If they had a no star rating I would have picked it. I didn’t have the time to call and wait for another order.

I got a card in the mail for a free cheese pizza it said online purchase only, I could not get it to go thru so I called the place I was ordering and they let me just bring in my card I got in the mail. Thanks Papa John’s

Worse pizza ever. Woman who delivered my 2 pizza’s started cussing because I didn’t know that I was to tip her. I really thought tips were added to your bill and she wanted me to get on my card and put her tip on it but I’m not one to pay extra for using my card. If you want a good pizza and service I do not recommend Papa Johns.
