Not bad of a restaurant but was highly disappointed in the brunch burger. The patty was incredibly dry it’s only saving grace was that the egg yolk made it a little more appealing. The lobster toast was very good and so was the blueberry pancakes.

We come to Las Vegas 4-5 times per year and we generally eat at salt and ivy for every breakfast. The variety is great, the staff is incredibly accommodating and the food is excellent. Some of the menu staples we get often are the avocado toast, overnight oats, breakfast sandwich and the berry waffle. The pour over coffee is great as well as the juices. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now, and I’m glad I finally did. Dined here on a Sunday morning. Luckily, the wait was not long. I’ve heard at times it could be 1 hour plus. We opt for the first available, and it was inside rather than out on the patio. From what I saw, it’s beautiful out there with a bar.

One of the best brunches I’ve ever had! The patio is gorgeous and they have cool mist so you’re not too hot in the Las Vegas heat. The lobster roll was so packed with lobster and flavorful! We also loooved the shrimp and lobster cocktail and the Dutch baby pancake was INSANE. 10/10!

The Salt & Ivy at the Aria resort has a beautiful pool patio vibe. Very relaxing, nice place to hang out and sip on a cold drink. We went for brunch and ordered chicken and waffles, lobster toast, avocado toast and the 3 eggs breakfast. Food was great, but eggs could use a little seasoning. Presentation was lovely. We also ordered vanilla latte but they gave just a regular latte. When we mentioned this was the wrong drink, they just gave vanilla syrup on the side. The service was a bit slow, and had to wait about 30 mins to be seated which was fine as they only do first come first serve. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit once – but not sure I would return.

This place is in high demand for a reason. We’ve been two days on a row and we sat at the bar. The have pour over coffee that is fantastic. Day one we had the lobster toast, it had a blood orange hollandaise and scrambled eggs. Holy Moly it was delicious. The hollandaise was rich, creamy and beautifully made, a masterpiece. My boyfriend had the Dutch baby with berries. This is a massive portion of food but its so dammed delicious. Day two we shared the avocado toast, it’s topped with shaved veggies a poached egg, avocado, pesto and goat cheese. Best avo toast I’ve ever had. I think we are going back tomorrow for the chicken and waffles!

Server was poor every time we’re there considering the price. Their grits was good as I remembered. Chicken was not crispy. If you order coffee, they bring out a thermos for self serve of sour tasting coffee, $5.00. Tea is served one bag at a time, $6.00. You’ll be asked to choose 2-3 options. So if you want more tea I guess you’ll have to pay for second. No check up for refills or food to your liking. Bare minimum they’ll take order, someone else drop off food. Then they’ll drop off the check for you. We go there for the grits and the peppers on the waffle. $15.00/15% for tip is too generous but put it on my room charge anyway. I personally didn’t think our server even 8% tip. Hopefully management see this and retrain their servers

Loved the food, so delicious! Loved the unique options, all executed with the most premium ingredients. Don’t he scared by a line out front, it moved constantly and we were right in the door.
