So I saw this spot on TikTok and was amazed that someone could be so creative with french fries. Yesterday me and my husband went to the Mr. Fry’s in Towson Maryland. The customer service was great. Aesthetically the food looked amazing. We couldn’t wait to dig in. It was not at all what we expected. We were very disappointed. The crab meat was fishy, and the shrimps were hard like they have been cooked and reheated. My husband got the steak fries. It was not steak. It was pot roast meat. We spent 57 dollars and we couldn’t even finish it. It was nasty and a waste of money.

I love Mr. Fries, but the customer service I received from Ky on my visit was top tier. She seems extremely knowledgeable and was able to make a recommendation. Her smile was bright and she was extremely friendly. I will be back and hope to see Ky!

Been wanting to get here for a while, finally made it tonight. My order was a variety box with four different selections and from my family’s feed back each were very good. The young lady that took our order was awesome, nice, polite and helpful. Well worth the wait and excited to try more on the menu. Oh yeah the place was very clean!

It was my first time there and I loved it. I purchased the hello bubba smack box and it was delicious. The lady Jahcelle had very nice customer service and explained the menu to us very well. I would definitely rate her customer service a 10/10 and will be back soon
