My son saw signs about the new restaurant and we had to try it because he loves lobster. We walked in and we’re greeted warmly by 2 young ladies that went over the menu with us and even gave their recommendations on what to try (definitely going back to try the lobster mac). The place was clean and the food arrived fairly quick from the time we ordered. I tried the BK roll and my son got the mini NY roll and they both were delicious. The lobster was juicy and I like the BK sauce. Definitely a must try if you like lobster rolls.

First visit alert!! I was very excited to have authentic lobster place in McDonough. Service was really great!! Greeted with smiles and waves and a genuine warmth during the whole process. My food came out within 5 minutes. They greeted me with another smile on the way out. I ordered the sampler because I wanted to taste a few different rolls. The rolls came out looking decent. They were full of lobster, but they all pretty much looked the same. I enjoyed them! They were seasoned pretty good. A little bit much on the salt, but not intolerable. They all tasted exactly the same.. I ordered the classic roll, BK sauce roll, and east New York roll.I couldn’t tell the difference between either of them. But the tasted pretty good so I wasn’t mad. Overall my experience was okay. The service made it worth trying again. For 72$ I expected a lot more.

As you can see from the video my lobster roll looked good. But for $24 it should have been so hot it should have steamed up my to go container. I took the video as soon as I received my order. But it was not. Was barely warm. You are supposed to have a choice of fries or chips. She did not ask me which I preferred good thing I didn’t mind fries because that’s what I got. The restroom was dirty tissue all over the floor. Hopefully they get better. I won’t be going again.

I was anxious to visit this spot because I absolutely love lobster. I spent 45.00 because I wanted to try a few things . The prices are very reasonable, however there is a group of young ladies that’s on staff who needs training.

My first time here. Saw from video online and wanted to try it out. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the East New York lobster roll, it was delicious! 10 out of 10, will come again.

I recently stopped by BK Lobster on Saturday and let me just say, that I will most definitely be back! The staff was so friendly and the customer service was great. When I got there, the Lobster Bisque was sold out, but they had enough to give me a sample…and it was AMAZING! I ordered The Coney Island and it was also very good. Overall, I had a really good experience and they have definitely gained a customer out of me.

A couple of people told me how good this place was and I finally made it to try them out, well……HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! The fries were full of grease, the lobster roll tastes like nothing, the bread was hard. Also ordered the lobster Mac n Cheese, it looked and tastes like box Kraft macaroni with lobster pieces on top. I wont be going back!

We travel to Buckhead from McDonough to eat at Cousins Lobster, we don’t have to get in that traffic. When I say fresh, fresh, fresh is an understatement!!!!! I will be returning!!!! Worth the money!!!

I bought 2 classic rolls yesterday and they sucked! Very little lobster meat & it was tough & stringy covered with a thick white sauce on an oversized roll. Not a pleasant nor tasteful dining experience. I have eaten a lot of lobster rolls in the past and these have to be at the bottom of the list. I will not be ordering again.

First visit @BK Lobster. I was greeted upon entering the store. My husband ordered the garden salad along with Lobster mac n cheese. I ordered the Lobster fried rice. The price of the garden salad did not match the portion size…very disappointing. Lobster fried rice was very good as was Lobster mac n cheese.
