I have been coming to this location for a couple of years on my regular Walmart/Sam’s club runs. It is usually a normal Dunkin experience, I always and polite and say thank you, even if it’s an online order and I didn’t even have to interact with anyone. Yesterday I ordered by mistake the frozen coffee instead of the frozen hot chocolate for my wife who is pregnant and advised against caffeine. I know, my mistake. I asked very kindly if they could please switch it, that I made a mistake,,, pregant wife,, etc… The lady literally laughed in my face and told me she couldn’t do it.

Pretty good coffee, I came here two days in row as I was staying at the hotel near by and needed a good cup of coffee. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with oat milk, which was pretty good. Then, the following day I ordered an iced signature latte the cake flavor with oat milk again. That was good as well. I would definitely come back again, it was better than hotel coffee for sure. Especially if you just need a good ol cup of coffee with a dairy free milk option.

We love Dunkin Donuts! Since this one is located next to the Path it’s a no brainer. The staff is amazing and does not mess up your order. The donuts and muffins are fresh and delicious and the coffee is everything you could ask for although really wish pumpkin was a year round flavor! For my daughter’s birthday we ordered special donuts with a number on them. We also love the new sourdough egg bacon and cheese sandwich. It’s SO delicious! The ten pack box of munchkins for $2 Is a great snack and deal, too!

I’d give this place negative reviews. Sureka is terrible at customer service! We ordered pumpkin spice latte and peppermint latte and the drinks she served us tasted like milk with sugar. The bread for the grilled cheese was not toasted ! And they charge $0.5 for empty cups and $1 for a cup of ice. We asked them for napkins and they handed us 1 napkin and said they put some in the bag. I will not be returning to cheap place!

Went in for assorted munchinks & a cruller, but they had only 3 types of munchinks and no crullers. (I was just at the Fort Myers shop and they had about 6 types) So I got an “apple fritter” which was a plain misshapen donut filled with pie filling?!

Just ordered a ice chai latte. The lady put an excessive amount of sugar. I couldn’t drink more than two sips. I mixed it because I thought all of the syrup went to the bottom. I returned the drink. Didn’t get a refund. Never buying drinks from that location ever again.
