Tell me why, I paid $33 to have Chicken Fried Rice and Hot and Sour soup delivered- the food gets here and there is no chicken fried rice and instead a box of lettuce with some chicken on top. On top of that you charged me extra for extra fried noodles for the soup and threw a pinch of noodles in a TIN FOIL and charged me extra money for that? What the hell is wrong with this place? It’s 9pm and I’m SICK and now I have no dinner. Never again.

First time I ate hear never again walked in gave us a bad vibe …..like we had no money …wanted to try something on there menu.. and asked what was in it and laughed about what was in it like I new what it was …… The service was terrible the food was ok ..I say 2 out of 10 …..very little food when I leave I really have to get something else to eat….not enough food ….like a bird ….bad experience never again….

Very quite atmosphere, the food looked good but was not as good as it looked. Ever since Helen left the food has not been the same. The bathroom was very dirty. The greater behind the register was not happy almost as if he hated his job. Will not be back here.

Not impressed with this place. We tried to dine in and the server was super rude and demanding. We tried to order two plates and she rised her voice at us. It took a long while for her to even take the order or offer drinks. We ended up walking out. But at least the interior was nice and the fish tank was a nice touch.

Just picked up food for dinner, the broccoli and beef with chow mein noodles and Kung Pao chicken. The chow main was salty beyond disgust and the beef tasted like corn starch, chewed like rubber, and left a nasty feeling in your mouth. Will never order from here again. Do not recommend.

Decided to dine-in tonight at Helen’s Gourmet. Food was good, but service was lacking. Front of house team member was overwhelmed with to go orders and the 4 tables seated. No music overhead allowed us to hear all of the swearing at the order system alarms and hurried irritation. They were very short staffed, 1 front and 2 cooking. Had to ask for utensils after first entree came. Flavors were delicious though. The chicken salad was great and the tangerine beef was fabulous. Wait time for us was not bad, and service for the most part was timely.

Ordered take out sorry I did food looked regurgitated, the smell was not fresh and my dog wouldn’t touch it so trashed it waste of forty dollars. I recommend Jim’s on Fresno and Clinton..
