There’s a brand new owner who we know from friends of friends and we decided to try it out. They are having a soft opening starting with just pizza and it was great! We got two larges, cheese and pepperoni, and both were very good. Much better than chain restaurants and super nice to know it’s from a local family who has been here their whole lives, especially because the main cook has a degree in culinary arts.

We were staying in nearby Rapid City for the weekend and decided to give Bluewater Bistro a try. We were not disappointed. We ordered a house pizza, French dip sandwich, and mozzarella cheese sticks, all of which were phenomenal. French dip sandwich was hot, Au Jus was tasty, and the pizza was delicious as well. We will be coming back next time we are in town!

Me and a friend visited torch lake and figured we would try some of the local restaurants. Blue Water Bistro was closest and it was a great choice! We ordered lasagna and Four Seasons pizza. Which I would recommend! We had to wait maybe 30min. For food but we weren’t in a rush as this was a mini vacation for us and the food was fresh/hot and delicious! The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be back.

Server was friendly, food was awful! Pesto had no flavor and the chicken was very dry. Chicken parm was super salty. Lasagna was bland. 3 pieces of garlic bread for a party of 6…. will not go back. Very disappointed

Could be a great place but no consistency. Sent last two meals back over cooked and cold. Janele the manager is great and tries hard. For some reason owners have a barbecue truck in front of the deck with generators running loud. Felt bad for the young singer duo as they were drowned out.
