My wife and I were there at 4:30 in the afternoon (7/10/23). There were only four other customers in the restaurant at the time so, overworked staff wasn’t an issue. We each ordered a dinner entrée. About 20 minutes later, our dinner arrived.

Denny’s is one of the famous restaurant. It’s manu includes all sorts of delicious food. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sandwiches, meatloaf and much with delicious drinks and coffee. A must visit place. Sometimes one needs to wait in line to place an order. Staff is very courteous.

Have been going to this place since it opened. It has always been a hit or miss. This time my order came with a piece of wood in my fries. I called the manager to show him and all he said was let me bring you another one and took my plate away. No apology.

It was a small restaurant, so there was a little bit of a wait, but no problem. It was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Considering how busy it was, the wait for our food wasn’t long once we were seated, and the French toast was delicious. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

Only 1 complaint…. Don’t get the T-Bonr steak! It was oven broiled. Dry and chewy and smelt like Licorice. GM said Steaks are bought in bags when we asked about quality

Went to Denny’s on SB 130 on April 30. Arrived at 11:35. Tables were open and a few tables needed cleaning off. Two people ahead of us but all the staff were moving slow, no one was cleaning off tables, taking names as folks were coming in, and no one seating people for the tables that were open. This place sucks for fast seating and cleaning tables when folks are waiting. Don’t know what their problem is but they need to move faster.

Were it not for the night manager, I think I would’ve given only one or two stars. The staff that I saw just doesn’t seem to care, don’t seem like they’ve been trained in any capacity, and just seemed to be very lazy. Is this the new experience now?

Granted it’s one of the busier times(Sunday), we were VERY displeased with our visit. 15 min to seat in a chair table(which is fine). But a HOUR for food that was lukewarm, AT BEST! My daughter ordered hers before ours and she def should of gotten it first, but I’m certain it just say there. We also got PLASTIC silverware which does nothing for you when trying to cut pancakes. My hub asked for cheese on his omelet and it came dry as could be(along with being lukewarm).

It took forever to be seated. I understand the shortage of staff, but we were reminded by the lady in charge. She kept saying I’m by myself, and she was training the guy following her. Overall, the lady was sweet, nice and a little noisy.
