Ate here for the first time today and loved it. Place has a cool vibe with a very friendly staff. I ordered the Ring of Fire Bowl and it was delicious. The spicy tuna had the perfect amount of heat and wasn’t overpowering. Same with the jalapenos. Will definitely be back and might actually make it a weekly stop.

Stumbled on this place randomly looking for local Bubble tea and it did not disappoint! Not only was the bubble tea great, they offered us free dole whip if we signed up for their reward program and let me tell you, it tastes just like Disney’s and it’s right here in LWR! Will definitely be back!

Wow! Incredible food, with a fabulous staff! When I arrived I must have had a confused look on my face because the girl asked if I had ever been there before and when I said no, she kindly explained to me the menu and recommended some favorites & suggested a build your own! She even offered to let me sample anything before choosing which made my already difficult decision much easier! She helped me through and I created a bowl of my dreams! The flavors were amazing & everything looked & tasted fresh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not sure why I have never written this place a review, but they are very much deserving of one! I visit this area for work once a month and I’m usually hitting up Pacific Counter when I do. Although, they have now opened up a location near my house in South Tampa, so I can get my fix on a more regular basis, which is awesome!

Good food and flavors. I got the “Golden Hour” bowl and the flavors worked well together, the counter sauce is the right amount of spice with lots of flavor. The staff is attentive and nice, moderate speed of service but in todays world that’s understandable. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the store had multiple flies flying where the line formed and they did not enforce the “no hands over the counter” rule which makes you wonder how “clean” the place is.

Excellent service…I was undecisive and the staff was super patient with me. Ended up with Island BBQ, which was perfect with the Hawaiian salsa. I got extra pineapple to sweeten it up even more. Can’t wait to go back

Pro tip: you can do some limited subbing out of the ingredients of the “Counter Creations” to get just the taste you want. This usually nets you more ingredients than the standard “Build Your Own”. Also, you can join their rewards program and get a free dole whip with your meal on Wednesdays.

Amazing concept! Menu is great and good toppings that seem fresh. Boba was VERY hard and not chewy/ soft in both drinks I ordered. My issue is the staff working at the time I was just there a few min ago. All of them were slow, soft spoken, and seemed very inexperienced. A few people came in after we sat, and the second they entered a gentleman working goes “we will be with you in a minute” people waited for 5-7 min while they were catching up on online or call in orders. I feel like there needs to be more of an efficient response to customers and completing orders quicker. I’ll be back, but I hope the staff is more welcoming and attentive to helping.
